On December 28th Rick Nelson, staff writer for the Minneapolis StarTribune wrote an article recapping “the good and the bad and the comings and goings of the Twin Cities restaurant scene in 2011.” It’s a great article in the taste/lifestyle section.
He highlights various aspects of the food and beverage business around the Twin Cities. He touches on significant openings, the Mpls. street scene, change of addresses, reality TV, and several other hot topics. It’s well worth the read, but the section worth noting for CRAVE is the Entrepreneurs of the Year. He makes mention of our very own Kam and Keyvan Talebi (brothers and co-owners) as worthy contenders to receive the honors of Entrepreneurs of the Year. We’re very grateful to receive such praise in the community. Thanks for your continued support!
